As an experienced Developer and Consultant, Mike Davey has worked with Lotus software for over 10 years and is certified to CLP level. Mike brings along 21 years of experience in IT working in Blue Chip companies which will be of great value to Time Technology and our customers. He has an excellent understanding of how those types of businesses operate and also how they can drive return from the investment made in Lotus software.
Mike also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in quality and project processes. A recent projects for Pall Corporation was the rationalisation of their Notes environment spanning over 80 servers globally, 14,000 databases (44,500 replicas) serving thousands of users, the result of the project was to archive 10,500 unused replicas and recover 645Gb of storage. Other major projects include the creation of a Notes application suite for the Claims Investigators at Norwich Union. This system has proven savings of over £1.5m per annum and allows the Investigators to work in the office, at home or on the road and includes a data entry and workflow process, auto allocation of work, automatic report and letter generation, a digital image suite, knowledge base and complex management / business information.
Mike has a family with two young children and most of his spare time revolves around family events but he is also interested in new technologies in the marketplace, builds PCs and enjoys photography.
